Your rental includes full access to our heated and cooled venue, lawns, and parking, plus the bridal and groom suites, tables and chairs, basic setup and teardown, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Yes! We have an Open Vendor Policy, so you're free to choose your own vendors. A wedding planner or certified event coordinator is required, and all vendors must be approved and insured.
We don't provide in-house catering or alcohol — you'll bring your own licensed caterer, and a licensed, insured bartender may serve beer, wine, and champagne only. Liquor is not permitted.
Yes, day-of event liability insurance is required, listing Carolinas Lane as an additional insured. We're happy to point you to our preferred partner, eWed Insurance, for an easy option.
Carolinas Lane is a smoke-free and e-cigarette-free indoor property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any part of the building and are allowed outside only. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises except for one clearly marked designated smoking area outside. A fine of $250.00 per incident will be imposed for any violations of this policy.
